Jury convicts man in dean's murder
Sacramento Bee - Mont didn't dispute killing his ex-wife, but he maintained he was upset and wasn't taking his depression medication, so he shouldn't have been found guilty of premeditated murder. Sentencing before Judge Michael W. Sweet is April 20. -- Ramon Coronado
